(1st Step) Treat, sand or wash the outdoor wood until it’s ready for stain or finish.

(2nd Step) Stain or apply a finish to the outdoor wood.
Sometimes HOA or other associations require certain paint colors in order to keep everything looking uniform. penetrating oils and finishes offer a more natural wood look as they do not block the graining of the wood, if you must paint we can work with you to find the right solution.
(3rd step) Clean and Maintain
UV exposure — seasonal weather — green moss or algae build up, are some of the reasons why outdoor wood requires more frequent maintenance than indoor hardwood floor finishes.
for instance, we recommend cleaning the surface every season with at least a power wash and refresh cleaner.
Apply A new coat instead of just a cleaning when the finish or stain starts to wear out. Generally every third year you can apply more stain or finish to help protect and maintain your decking. Once a deck is transformed and on a regular schedule subsequent maintenance costs or generally much cheaper than the initial treatment with our company as we often or battling the most patina and wear at the initial treatment.
